Well Ive been wanting to quit smoking but I keep getting these temptations to smoke and then I start again and I end up smoking again is there any tips to keep me off? Any tips to stop smoking weed?

    Being that its not addictive, quiting is rather easy. Its just a matter of wanting quit. This tho, is coming from someone that dont want to quit, but has too rather soon. Bleh, best of luck.

    dont listen to these dumbasses. first all stay away form people who do it. try to loose dealers numbers or where ever you get it from. and occupy yourself with other stuff….try a hobby or something

    1 – fill your time up, pick up a hobbies, at least one
    2 – dont let yourself get bored – especially for too long\
    3 – think of the benefits of being sober when you feel like smoking : you’ll get more girls (cause youre not ‘shtfaced’ all the time and not as quite), less clumsly, less lazy, get more done. and have more spendin cash.
    oh yea – stay away from people places and things that remind you of weed ;untill you’ve quit for a while. also NEVER think that u can sit there and watch people smoke and say no. if people are gonna smoke you need to leave at least while they smoke. but DONT hang out with smokers for a while

    First you have to ask yourself, why do you do it?
    If it is because it makes you feel better, try other (healthy) ways of feeling better, maybe talking to someone, going for a run to clear your head, watching a movie, whatever suits you.
    If it is because your friends do it, don’t do it once and you’ll realize how funny they are when they are high, and you can have fun without it. (of course try helping them first, but if you can’t, try it).

    the first day is the hardest and then it gradually gets easier
    but id say the first 4 days are the hardest and if u make it past a week u should be fine

    Try to not hang out with people who smoke, or don’t hang out with them when you know they will be smoking.
    Hopefully they don’t force you to, that’s just stupid since it’s a personal choice.
