I was a pack a day smoker for 32 years, never really tried to quit, but last Oct.2009 suffered a massive heart-attack. My doctor stated give up cigarettes or face heart problems or death. I choose this product over the regular mint as I smoked menthol cigarettes. It has been over 7 months smoke free, my heart has gone from a 30% to 100% performance, as told by my doctor. Yes it still is nicotine but much safer as it’s the inhaling of smoke which does your heart in, not the nicotine. I’m not a doctor nor claim to be, just an engineer who now does not have to suffer the cigarettes when the weather or location is horrible.Hope this helps someone. Thanks Nicorette.
