AN AUDIO JOURNEY INTO STOP SMOKING was a gift – in more ways than one. I gave this CD to a friend who had tried everything to stop smoking, but with little success. She was excited to let me and everyone else know that she has finally experienced the results she wanted for so long and is now tobacco-free. But the gift was more than I indended. Not only has she successfully quit her smoking habit, but she claims that through listening to Dr. Williamson’s smooth, hypnotic voice as he guided her through her thought processes, she found herself more relaxed than usual. The accompanying music was extraordinarily beautiful and provided a sense of calm that stayed with her for hours after listening to the CD.
