i recomend for you to see a doctor if you really cant stop and have tried everything.. But also my friend just used smoking patches a chewed the smoking gum and he has now been smoke free for 18months.

This kind of behavior at your age can mean big trouble later in life.

I would try to stop on willpower first which is hard. Basically you just have to say no and stick to your promise. If you fall back, look at rehab if you can. Thats very young to be doing all that. Do your parents know?

to quit smoking cigarettes is VERY hard!!! talk to ur doctor about zyban (which caan help with withdraw from drinking) or chantix. u say u only smoke weed when u can;t sleep, try benadryl it will help calm you down and make you drowsy. drinking does help with social anixiety but you need to get to the "root" of the problem. i would talk to ur doctor, he can give u somthing to help!!!!!!!!!
