Its great advice. I quit after over 10 years of smoking everyday, since 1st january 09 i have smoked no weed, hash or tobacco. its not easy but my tip is to find someone to quit with because then you will have one less person to tempt you back to smoking and you can suffer together. Its easy after a week or two once you adjust to sleeping without being stoned
